THE TEACHER:
A good teacher is an embodiment of positive attitudes, order and discipline, one who possesses a variety of teaching strategies, holds frequent student assessment with feedback and follow up, and most of all is flexible and bears positive relations with colleagues and the community they work in.
The most important link between the school and the parent is undoubtedly the teacher. The teacher is the central figure around which the web of teaching and learning process is woven, ending up in molding the all-round personality of the young students.
The heart of a good quality school is the teacher.
The teacher is the main point of the contact between the school and its customers (pupil and parent).
That is the teacher who has - a positive attitude, order and discipline - use varieties of teaching strategies, - assess the students frequently and give feedback - have positive relations with colleagues as well as the community.
A good teacher is “Action Research Oriented”, assess the effectiveness of the work done, and searches for continual improvement personally and professionally.
He/she is also the essential medium through which the teaching/learning process in the classroom is achieved.
Encourage each student to strive for her/his personal excellence;
Ensure that she/he develops intellectually, physically
Ensure that she/he learns to function and act responsibly respecting the principles of Islam and the school’s code of conduct
Ensure that she/he learns to live in harmony within the school and the society.
